We are excited to announce the successful conclusion of the 1st Quaid-e-Azam National Championship, 2023, organized by the Pakistan Squash Federation. This thrilling event took place at the prestigious Mushaf Squash Complex in Islamabad from June 2nd to June 7th, 2023.
The championship showcased the incredible talent of young squash players across Pakistan, with participants competing in 13 different age categories. On the final day of the championship, the spotlight was on the Boys U-19 and Girls U-19 categories, which were organized as the PSA National Championship, offering a prize of US$1,000 for each division.
The tournament reached its climax with the highly anticipated finals of various age categories. Spectators witnessed intense matches, filled with skill, determination, and sportsmanship. Among the distinguished guests present at the ceremony was the renowned squash legend, Mr. Qamar Zaman, who graced the event as the Chief Guest. Additionally, Mr. Zubair Sheikh, General Manager of Shell Lubricants Pakistan, had the privilege of witnessing the thrilling final matches and participating in the prize distribution ceremony.

Boys U-9 (Final)
Atif Ali Naz (KP) defeated Rayyan Zaman (KP) in a gripping battle, with a score of 12-10, 8-11, 11-9, 11-6, lasting 20 minutes.
Boys U-11 (Final)
Harmas Raja (PB) emerged victorious over Ahmed Ali Naz (KP) in a closely contested match, with a score of 5-11, 11-4, 8-11, 11-5, 11-8, lasting 30 minutes.
Boys U-13 (Final)
Muhammad Fawad (KP) triumphed over Sohail Adnan (PB) in an exhilarating encounter, with a score of 11-8, 8-11, 6-11, 9-11, 11-6, lasting 32 minutes.
Boys U-15 (Final)
Azan Ali (Army) showcased remarkable skills to defeat Nouman Khan (Army) with a score of 7-11, 4-11, 11-3, 11-4, 11-4, lasting 38 minutes.
Boys U-17 (Final)
Abdullah Nadeem (PB) emerged victorious over Huraira Khan (KP) in an intense match, with a score of 13-11, 8-11, 11-3, 11-4, lasting 23 minutes.
Boys U-19 – PSA Event (Final)
Anas Ali Shah (Army) showcased outstanding performance, defeating Muhammad Ammad Khan (PAF) in a grueling match that lasted 59 minutes. The final score was 12-10, 11-13, 12-10, 11-9, 11-7.
Girls U-15 (Final)
Sehrish Ali (Sindh) demonstrated exceptional skills to secure victory over Rania Qazi (KP) with a score of 11-8, 11-6, 9-11, 11-4, lasting 20 minutes.
Girls U-19 – PSA Event (Final)
In a thrilling final match of the PSA Event of girls Under 19 Category, Mehwish from (Sindh) triumphed over Sana Bahadur from (Army) in a hard-fought battle, with a score of 13-11, 10-12, 11-7, 13-11, lasting 26 minutes.
